For some unknown reason I was inspired to update my graphics community hinkicons earlier. Nowt amazing, just old stuff from last year, but it had never been posted before so I thought I might as well!

I also want to share this music video as I was captivated by it when I was in Peru and just found it on the source of all that is mighty - You Tube. It was shown a lot on some Latin America MTV style channel and I absolutely loved the video, the style is right up my graphical street with all those vectors and simple chunky typesetting, plus the song is cool even though I can't understand a word!! The band is called El Cuarteto de Nos and I think they come from Uruguay.

And to change the subject entirely, I bought

though I have no idea why, apart from the fact I just like them (I mean, polka dot AND hibiscus prints - how can I resist?) - I will not be going on holiday anywhere for a very very long time now, I hardly have a bikini body anyway, and I have no cash. *sigh* Why do I do these things?

Bleh, I'm trying to update my icons but I don't really know what I want - which helps! Has anyone got any recs for some good general/arty/fandomy icon comms or sites?

Had a bit of retail therapy today and bought many things I probably don't need.
